Isaiah 45:1–7
The Kingdom of Immanuel takes its governing charge from the word spoken over Cyrus — a man raised up, named before he knew the Name, and sent to build.
I will go before thee, and make the crooked places straight: I will break in pieces the gates of brass, and cut in sunder the bars of iron: and I will give thee the treasures of darkness, and hidden riches of secret places, that thou mayest know that I, the LORD, which call thee by thy name, am the God of Israel. It is a charge to go first, to break what has been shut, and to bring out what was buried — so that the world knows who called us by name.
The creation of the Kingdom

The stretching out of his wings shall fill the breadth of thy land, O Immanuel. Isaiah 8:8, KJV
Immanuel — אלוהים איתנו — God with us. A land is named for the presence that covers it. That is what this Kingdom is for.
The definition
What a successful government is
A country living a culture that is not religious, but that is spiritually founded — producing the kind of civil society that keeps with the qualities and principles of the Living God who created this earth and gave us nations.
Read that again slowly, because the whole Kingdom turns on it. Not a religious state. Not a theocracy administered by clergy. A government — with a constitution, ministries, courts, an economy, a defence, and a border — whose moral law is the moral law of the Creator, and whose citizens live a culture that reflects Him.
Religion produces adherents. A Kingdom produces citizens. The difference shows up in how a people treat the poor, keep their contracts, raise their children, and hold their leaders to account.
The key to exalting a nation: a government founded on the principles and moral laws of the Living God — not religious but spiritual — in line with producing a civil society that reflects Kingdom values and the dominion of Elohim, who created the earth and gave us nations. Credit to Dr. Myles Munroe
Foundations

Kingdom is God’s governing system
Not one option among several. The system through which the Creator administers His dominion in the earth.
The King embodies the government
There is no separating the ruler from the rule. The character of the King is the constitution of the country.
The will of the King is the mandate
Policy is not negotiated upward from opinion. It is received from the throne and carried out by the ministries.
The King is invested in His citizens
A true King has a vested interest in the best for the people He governs. Their flourishing is His glory, not a cost of it.
The ruler serves in stead of the King
None who rule in the Kingdom of Immanuel ever hold the title of King or Queen. Each ruler serves in stead of the true King — the God of heaven and earth.
Why the Kingdom was established
The mandates
The Kingdom was not established to hold meetings. It was established to build.
1 · The further equipping of the saints
The first and founding purpose. Citizens taught, ordered, and sent — equipped not merely to believe well, but to govern well in whatever sphere they have been given.
2 · Leadership in technology
The Kingdom intends to lead in the tools that shape the age. Technology is not neutral ground to be conceded; it is territory to be stewarded.
3 · Leadership in medicine and medical research
Healing is a Kingdom act. Where mercy meets excellence, research becomes worship — and a nation’s health becomes evidence of its government.
4 · Leadership in engineering
Roads, water, power, structures, cities. A Kingdom is judged by what it builds and by whether what it builds lasts.
5 · Natural energy
Power drawn from what the Creator placed in the earth, taken with the care of a steward rather than the appetite of an owner.
✦ · The day of marriage celebration
The Kingdom keeps a day honouring the marriage covenant, after the pattern of Numbers 17 — the rod that budded. In the beginning He created us male and female, and the two are made one in marriage: the Father’s earthly medium for reaching the earth with His mercy, grace, love and justice.
